wow... initially thought the first photo much be one of cai guo-qiang's pieces. the context changed it from beautiful to horrific.
I know, 53 Dead 266 hospitalized- so far. But a beautiful image. As image, there is no difference between the Marriott bombing, a cai guo-qiang piece and an photo from the opening ceremonies of the Beijing Olympics. They all have the same weight. But what different realities.
